Annet Mahendru

Mahendru, a Russian-Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. Mahendru fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father as well as mother of a Russian mother. She choreographed her 11 year old show that led to her being a German TV show appearance as the Russian Snow Maiden, who turns into a playful Indian Dancer. She graduated from high school at the age of 11 in New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. She studied comedy and improvisation in the Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru and the Russian mom Olga. Her parents separated when she was 13 years old and she moved into East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell in FX's The Americans. She is best known as the ex- KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. She played a recurring character on The Following on Fox, The Following, and NBC's The Blacklist.
